Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Medical Provider (NP, PA, MD, or DO) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, quality time with patients, and a progressive, patient-centered approach to care.
Schedule
Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week) with flexibility
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse service offering
Build strong, lasting relationships with patients
Provide care in both in-office and telehealth settings
Support preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness services
Collaborate within a supportive, team-oriented environment
