The IRS Proposed Rule expands the number of HRA categories that may be used by DPC patients but does not permit DPC patients to continue funding their HSAs. We still need to pass a bill so that our HSA patients do not face IRS discrimination.

2020 has been off to a quiet start compared to 2019. Colorado has some exciting new legislative efforts, but most of the others below are carried over from 2019 and do not appear to have a great deal of attention at this time.
