The Primary Care Enhancement Act HR 3708 (which passed the House last year) was re-introduced on 07/11/2019 and it was referred to the House Ways and Means Committee. The bipartisan bill already has three cosponsors:

"Within 180 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of the Treasury, to the extent consistent with law, shall propose regulations to treat expenses related to certain types of arrangements, potentially including direct primary care arrangements…

No changes to IRC 223(c)

No changes to IRC 213(d)

No ability to use HRA dollars to pay for Health Sharing Ministries

At least we can start using HITECH to force more transparency out of the health care system
